Australia and Japan have never been closer. 🇦🇺 🇯🇵 Today we mark 50 years since the signing of our Basic Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation. A landmark commitment to stand, work and prosper together. Half a century on, it remains as strong as ever. I look forward to continuing to work with @takaichi_sanae to take our relationship to even greater heights.
