Photographs displayed in a Pyongyang museum dedicated to the North Korean army’s overseas operations show Vladimir Putin awarding medals to KPA officers in the Kremlin’s St. George Hall.
The exact date of the ceremony is unknown. No similar photos have been published on the official Kremlin website in the past 18 months.
