Kremlin bots have rushed to praise Russian air defense on social media following the strikes on oil facilities in Tuapse and the ensuing environmental disaster.
In the first days after the attacks, they boasted about “the best air defense on the planet,” blamed the West for “having a hand” in the strikes.
Later, the bots began calming people down, downplaying the scale of the emergency, and, of course, praising Putin, who “paid attention to the problem,” meaning “everything should be resolved soon.”
