The EU plans to include Patriarch Kirill in its new sanctions package
According to The Insider, citing sources, the EU will add the head of the Russian Orthodox Church and other ROC representatives to the upcoming 21st sanctions package.
Politico also reports that companies trading grain from Ukrainian-occupied territories will be targeted. Additionally, Brussels intends to expand the “black list” of Russian shadow fleet tankers.
