Two teens were arrested for allegedly plotting a mass-casualty attack on Congregation Beth Israel in Houston, Texas.
18-year-old Angelina Han Hicks and a 16-year-old juvenile planned to drive a vehicle through the synagogue and its school with the intent to take the lives of "as many Jews as possible."
Hicks was apprehended in North Carolina on a $10 million bond, while the juvenile was detained in Texas on charges of conspiracy to commit capital m*rder.
The plot, which was uncovered following a tip to law enforcement, briefly forced the synagogue to close its doors before reopening under heightened security.
