🇬🇧 The man who stabbed two Jews in Golders Green had previously been jailed for stabbing a British police officer and a police dog.
45-year-old Somali-born Essa Suleiman had a history of serious violence and mental health issues, according to authorities.
He was previously referred to the government's Prevent counter-terr*rism programme in 2020.
