Footage from Tarqumiya in the Hebron governorate of the occupied West Bank from April 27 shows three Palestinian schoolgirls being run over by a car with an Israeli license plate. The driver can be seen changing direction at the last moment to hit the third girl.
A member of the Tarqumiya Municipal Council said the injuries are serious, with one girl in critical condition and the other two seriously injured. No deaths have been reported. Palestinian police in Hebron say they seized the unlicensed vehicle and arrested the driver
