In the village of Strumivka in Volyn, Ukraine, a serviceman from the Territorial Recruitment Centre (TCC) and a man wanted for violating military registration rules fell from a roof during a joint operation on April 23. According to an official statement from the Volyn TCC, the man attempted to evade inspection, climbed onto the roof of a private property, and requested help due to a fear of heights. A ladder was provided, but during an attempt to assist him in descending, a scuffle broke out, causing both to fall. The man sustained no injuries and has since been taken to the TCC for a medical assessment
