Eyewitness video shows a large blaze engulfing the Tuapse oil refinery on Russia’s Black Sea coast after a Ukrainian drone attack on 20 April. Russian officials reported at least one person killed in the strike. Ukraine’s military confirmed the attack hit reservoir tank storage and sparked a fire. This is the second such attack on the Tuapse refinery in four days.
