“There are estimates that show that up to 14 million people will die over the next five years alone, unnecessarily, due to the cuts to USAID,” says whistleblower Nicholas Enrich, who worked at the agency under four administrations. “And we're already starting to see the impacts. In fact, 750,000 people have already died, most of those children, according to conservative estimates.”
