We concluded our four-day working tour of the Nyanza counties of Migori, Homa Bay, Kisumu, and Siaya with an inspection of Lichota Airstrip in Suna West Constituency, Migori County.
The airstrip is undergoing expansion and modernization at a cost of KSh 280 million, a strategic investment aimed at enhancing regional connectivity, including links with neighboring Tanzania, and boosting tourism to the Maasai Mara National Reserve.
