Today, I delivered a message to the Civil Society Forum on “Civil Society as the Engine of Development, Equality and Progress in Latin America and the Caribbean.”
The scale of our challenges demands a level of cooperation, a level of partnership, and a level of trust that pools resources, that gathers expertise, and that garners the political will to deliver results.
Multistakeholder partnerships are the engine. They are how financing reaches projects on the ground and how delivery is coordinated.
I welcome the Forum’s contributions to strengthening collaboration and advancing the #2030Agenda.
