It was a pleasure and an eye-opener to preside over the #ECOSOCYouth Forum during the past three days.
I would like to thank the Vice-Presidents of ECOSOC Bureau, the Ambassadors of Armenia and the Dominican Republic, for their support in chairing several sessions of the Forum.
Young people proved they are “leaders, innovators, and indispensable partners in shaping our collective future,” bringing forward solutions to today’s most urgent challenges.
As highlighted, “Youth leadership is indispensable to shaping inclusive policies,” and must remain at the center of our global efforts.
Now is the time to “scale up partnerships and financing to support youth-led solutions” and ensure young people can turn ideas into meaningful action on the road to 2030. #GlobalGoals #SDGs #2030Agenda
