On February 11th, Ranking Member @rosadelauro and I introduced a bill that would fund the law-abiding agencies within the Department of Homeland Security, excluding ICE and CBP.
The House passed legislation that does exactly that – 78 days later.
DHS could have been open months ago if House Republicans joined Democrats to put the American people over their partisan agenda.
