Yesterday I spoke with Japanese Prime Minister Ishiba and Philippine President Marcos following the trilateral summit I hosted last April.
We discussed maritime security and economic cooperation, China’s dangerous and unlawful behavior in the South China Sea, and agreed on our shared coordination to advance a free and open Indo-Pacific.
