The veteran costume designer Molly Rogers has dressed fictional fashion icons, including Carrie Bradshaw, for decades. For her latest project, she returned to the world of “The Devil Wears Prada.” “My approach has always been to look for things that are timeless. I don’t know what jeans Anne [Hathaway] is wearing in that scene, or whose bolero jacket Meryl [Streep] had on in the first film . . .  I don’t want the clothes to look like advertisements.
