đ„WATCH: Weapons cache discovered inside a hospital used by Hezbollah for terrorist activity in Bint Jbeil.
Several Hezbollah terrorists were identified conducting surveillance from a hospital window and firing toward IDF soldiers in the area, and following identification of the threat, IDF soldiers eliminated the terrorists.
Additionally, ~ 20 terrorists were precisely eliminated within the hospital compound.
Among the uses identified within the hospital compound:
- The transfer and storage of weapons within the hospital compound
- â The use of hospital facilities as observation posts, concealment positions, and shelter for operatives
