My sincere condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Nancy Cox. We @WHO deeply appreciate her work as head of the WHO Collaborating Center for Surveillance, Epidemiology, and Control of Influenza at USCDC for many years, including through the 2009 influenza H1N1 pandemic. She was valued by so many of us in public health and scientific global communities.
