On International #WellnessDay, I reiterate that health is not merely the absence of disease; it is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being.
It is not created primarily in hospitals and clinics, but in homes, streets, schools and communities, influenced by the air we breathe, the food we eat, the products we consume, and the conditions in which we live and work.
