#Cuba has every right to trade fuel with any country, without trammels, preconditions or questioning that are contrary to the international freedom of trade. In that same vein, any country has the right to export fuel to Cuba and develop commercial relations without the interference of an alien power.
The energy siege imposed by the #US government against our country has internationalized the blockade, thus evidencing its extraterritorial character. It proves that it is not a bilateral issue. It is intended to put pressure and extort those who sovereignly trade with Cuba.
The recent contradictory statements made by the US government in this regard are aimed at creating confusion to continue preventing the entry of fuels into the Cuban territory.
