With the adoption of the Executive Order of May 1st, the #US government's mask trying toportray the blockade as a bilateral issue has fallen off.
It explicitly, directly and brutally expands the scope of its extraterritorial economic coercive measures against anyone maintaining relations with #Cuba.
This is an onslaught against the sovereignty of all other States in an attempt to control their assets, companies, banks as well as against any other institution that the US government may feel like.
